Shipping Policy


All orders are shipped Express, FREE OF CHARGE. Shipment is by EMS Express (via the Postal Service) and delivery by this method takes 4-7 business days. This shipping method requires a signature upon receipt. Kindly note that we do not offer the option to waive the signature, as proof of delivery may be required.

The majority of orders are processed within one to two business days (not including weekends or public holidays). Orders placed on weekends/public holidays will be processed the first working day back. Orders are shipped on business days only (that is excluding weekends and public holidays).


Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected shipping date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at and we will be happy to assist you.


On rare occasions orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons such as:

  • • Item(s) are currently unavailable.
  • • Difficulty in processing payment information.
  • • Cannot ship to the address provided.
  • • A duplicate order was placed.
  • • Cancelled due to a customer request.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us by either e-mailing us at within the same business day that it was placed (Sunday-Thursday, 9am-5pm (Israeli Time) ) in order to cancel it free of any charges. After the full business day we will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however we cannot guarantee this. If we are unable to intervene in the fulfillment process you may be liable for any shipping and handling incurred. Orders that are placed on weekends or weeknights must be cancelled by the end of the next business day.


Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours dependent upon product availability. Should a delay be incurred for any reason, you will be notified by email.

The customer is responsible for any import taxes that may be incurred on international orders.


Payment can be made by Credit Card (American Express, Visa & MasterCard) or via PayPal.
As we work internationally we cannot unfortunately accept payment by check or money order.
As a security measure, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Please note that all orders will be charged prior to order processing. If for any reason, the order (in its entirety or partially) cannot be fulfilled, the amount in question will be credited back to the customer.

When your package arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if believe that the package has been damaged in transit, do not accept the shipment unless you can determine that the product/s inside have not been damaged. You may open the package to see if the damaged packaging has impacted your purchase. In the event that the package has arrived damaged, immediately notify both the shipping company and us.

To follow our return procedure, please contact our Customer Service staff by e-mailing us at quoting the order number along with your email address and phone number to ensure a prompt resolution. Please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will allow you 30 days to notify us that you need to return your merchandise no questions asked, this includes if it has been received as a gift. Items that are in their original brand new (unused) condition and in their original packaging will be refunded for the full amount of the product less a 20% re-stocking fee. Items that have been used may be returned for which you will be refunded 50% of the item's value. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and may select the cheapest shipping method available. If you would like to return or exchange a product, please contact our Customer Service staff by e-mailing us at We will then issue you a RMA number (valid for 30 days). Customers must have an RMA number in order to return a purchase. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

Once the item is received at the specified address the applicable credit will be issued to the customer or an exchange arranged. Customers should allow 30 days for a refund to appear on their statements.
